Products may be manufactured after an order is placed. Printful may receive information necessary to manufacture and ship your order, including your name, shipping address, contact information, order details, and product information.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
Production and delivery dates or timeframes provided at checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays can occur because of production, carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping charges and applicable delivery information will be provided at checkout.
Customers receiving orders outside Canada may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Because Savage Banks products are generally made on demand, we do not accept voluntary returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or similar reasons.
We may provide exchanges for eligible products at our discretion and subject to product availability.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, incorrectly fulfilled, or materially different from what you ordered, contact info@savagebanks.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.
We may work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer right, cancellation right, refund right, warranty, remedy, or other protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Do not return merchandise without first contacting us and receiving instructions.
5. Online Orders and B.C. Consumer Rights
Savagebanks.com is an online retailer and orders may constitute distance sales contracts under British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
Before completing an order, customers will be provided with applicable information required by law, including product information, pricing, taxes, shipping charges, payment information, and applicable delivery and cancellation information.
Customers will have an opportunity to review and correct order information before completing a purchase.
A copy of the applicable purchase contract/order information will be provided electronically as required by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict statutory consumer rights.
Where B.C. law gives a customer a right to cancel an online purchase and obtain a refund, that right applies regardless of our voluntary return policy.
